First Stop – Arrival to Hong Kong

My first stop was a big layover in Hong Kong. After exiting the plane my bags were checked through to El Al Airlines and I was free to roam around. After going through a short line in customs I was on my way to the train station that is connected to the airport.

A round trip ticket to Hong Kong City is only about $13 US. The train is super fast and doesn’t make a sound. The view on the way to the city is very nice with water, mountains, and skyscrapers… the trip to the city only takes around 35 minutes though I was told to allow an hour each way for catching my flight.

Hong Kong is def a city I want to visit again.

Notes: More to come on this post

For Bahais: If  you arrive very early to Hong Kong Airport dont expect an EL AL departure gate to be open until 3 hours before the flight. It will take 2-3 hours to board an EL AL flight due to the amount of security checks including an interview before you even get your ticket…
